This site collects very little, and most of what looks like it should be collected is not. The diagnostic tools process your Search Console data entirely inside your browser and never send it anywhere. The only personal data stored on this server is an email address, and only if you ask for update alerts. This page explains what is held, why, and how to get rid of it.

What the free tools do not collect
This is the part most people ask about, because several tools accept a Search Console export and that feels like handing over sensitive business data.
Everything you paste, type or drop into the drop analyzer, page scope analyzer, index bloat ratio, disavow builder, E-E-A-T rubric, audit checklist, traffic loss calculator, date checker and timeline planner is processed by JavaScript running on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to this server, nothing is sent to a third party, and nothing is stored. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and every one of those tools will still work, which is the simplest way to verify the claim yourself.
Refreshing the page clears your results, which is why each tool has a copy button. The technical detail is in the methodology.
Update alerts
- Double opt-in. Why: Your address is stored as unconfirmed until you click the link in the confirmation email. If you never click it, nothing is ever sent and the record expires.
- Used only for the two alert triggers. Why: A confirmed Google update, or a volatility spike. Not added to a newsletter, not used for outreach, never sold or shared.
- One-click unsubscribe in every email. Why: It works immediately without logging in, and the standard List-Unsubscribe header lets your mail client do it too.
- Email delivery is handled by this site’s mail server. Why: Your address is not loaded into a third-party marketing platform.
Client data during an engagement
A recovery audit requires access to your Search Console, and sometimes analytics. That access is read-only wherever the platform allows it, used only for the diagnosis you commissioned, and revoked or deleted when the engagement ends.
Client data is never put into third-party AI tools. Findings are not published without permission, and evidence screenshots used on this site have client identities removed unless the client agreed to be named. The editorial policy covers that in more detail.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses functional cookies set by WordPress and its plugins, for example to keep a session or remember a form state. Analytics may be used to understand which pages are read, in aggregate. No advertising cookies are set, because the site carries no advertising and no affiliate tracking.
Embedded content from other sites, where present, behaves as if you visited that site directly and is subject to that provider’s own policy.
Your rights
- Ask what is held about you. Why: For most visitors the honest answer is nothing at all, since the tools store nothing and no account is created.
- Ask for it to be deleted. Why: For alerts, the unsubscribe link is faster than asking. For anything else, contact me and it is removed.
- Ask for a copy or a correction. Why: Standard under GDPR and comparable regimes, and there is very little to send you.
- Withdraw consent at any time. Why: Alerts are consent-based and end the moment you unsubscribe.
Requests go through the contact page and are handled within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If what is collected changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. This version was written when the alert subscription was added in September 2026, because that was the first time this site stored a personal detail at all.
